  This is NOT a full service post office, they just seem to accept parcels - I tried to verify address for a TFL photocard - as directed by TFL who say 'any London Post Office', but the agent said 'oh we don't do that here, you need to go to another post office' - I checked again with TFL who seem to to be under the impression ALL post offices can do it though. Unfortunately you don't find out about their limited services until you have queued for 30 minutes. If you have anything other than parcels to send, best go elsewhere and not waste your time queueing here.

  this is one of the best and friendliest post offices i have the pleasure of being a consistent customer of. as it’s close to my work, i post my constant volumes of vinted parcels here, sometimes over 10 at a time using royal mail and evri and they never make me feel a burden for giving them so much to sift through and sort. shoutout to tania (not sure if correct spelling) but having had seen me 3 times this week already with my many parcels and served me everytime, she’s so lovely and super helpful - as are the rest of the staff!
